Those who cannot be considered for employment

Since there are no formal training possibilities in the MSF projects, only volunteers with completed training can be sent into our missions.

As a result the following persons cannot be recruited:

  • Medical students and doctors completing their practical training or medical doctors without 2 years of professional experience; therefore traineeship, internship or completion of practical medical training is NOT possible
  • Nursing students, midwives or MTAs still in training
  • Nursing assistants or medics without a nursing diploma

As a result of the type of MSF aid and/or the conditions in the MSF projects there are no possibilities to recruit certain medical specializations for our projects.

These include:

  • Radiologists, X-Ray specialists, RTAs and others
  • Individual specializations such as Urology, Dentistry and Homeopathy etc.
  • Psychotherapists without specialization in clinical psychology or psychiatry
