A trusting relationship with one another also includes the opportunity to give honest feedback. We have therefore set up a way for you to inform us about possible irregularities or to lodge a complaint. Anonymously or not, you decide.

Unfortunately, it happens again and again that people pretend to be MSF employees in order to cheat people out of money. Such fraud attempts occur via e-mails, via social networks, apps or even in person in public places. Reporting suspicious cases helps us to respond accordingly. - feel that you were not treated fairly in the application process.
We have high standards for application processes - whether for positions in the office, at the information stand or in our projects in the field - and strive to inform applicants transparently about decisions. If you feel that you have not been treated fairly, you have the opportunity to submit a complaint to us. - find that you have been discriminated against in a tender process.
As a humanitarian organization that is almost 100% financed by donations in Austria, we are bound by strict performance rules. If you are of the opinion that you have been discriminated against in the context of awarding a contract or in another way or have observed irregularities, we will follow up on your feedback. - have experienced discrimination or abuse
As a humanitarian organization, Doctors Without Borders does not tolerate any form of abuse or discrimination, be it in dealing with colleagues, patients, supporters or service providers. We are committed to adhering to strict codes of conduct, which you can read at this link. Should you nevertheless encounter discrimination or abuse, we ask you to contact us. We will follow up every indication carefully.

We take your complaint or feedback seriously and treat it as strictly confidential. You can decide whether you want to remain anonymous or tell us your identity. Of course, providing your contact details makes processing easier and enables us to contact you for further questions and information for clarification.
